Building the future of roofing — one homeowner at a time.
I'm Stephen Martinez is an American entrepreneur, author, and technology founder based in Houston, Texas. He also founded iSmart Roofing and The American Dream Event, and is the author of The American Dream and The Underdog.
Who founded iSmart AI?
iSmart AI was founded by Stephen Martinez, a Houston-based entrepreneur and technology founder with experience in the roofing industry.
Why iSmart A.I. exists.
I've spent years on roofs, in living rooms, and across kitchen tables — watching homeowners get worn down by slow quotes, mystery pricing, and high-pressure sales. Meanwhile, the contractors I respected most were drowning in spreadsheets, missed calls, and software that wasn't built for them.
iSmart Roofing proved that homeowners actually want the opposite: clarity, speed, and a company that treats them like adults. American Dream Event taught me that great brands win by showing up bigger and more polished than their size suggests. iSmart A.I. is the tool I wish I had on day one — and the one I'm now putting in the hands of every roofer who's tired of being out-marketed by private equity.
The future of roofing is AI-first, homeowner-first, and contractor-owned. Not an aggregator skimming your leads. Not a call center pretending to be local. Your brand, your customers, your data — supercharged by the best AI on the planet.
Three shifts shaping the next decade.
AI that actually sells
The next decade of roofing belongs to operators who let software do the qualifying, quoting, and follow-up — so humans can focus on closing and building.
Instant, honest quotes
Homeowners are done waiting three days for a number. Satellite measurement plus transparent Good · Better · Best pricing wins trust on the first click.
Local roofers, global tools
Independent contractors deserve the same tech edge as private equity roll-ups. iSmart A.I. levels the field — branded, white-labeled, and theirs.
